"My work with Marybeth Weiss involved partnering with her to design an online class for Simon Sinek, Inc. for whom I work as a Freelance Optimist.  Optimism is a signature of the brand and in keeping with this, I wanted to design a course that would engage participants in the learning of new skills to affect one's ability to have Difficult Conversations. Through our collaboration, I was able to learn from Marybeth the difference between simply giving an online presentation and really curating a learning experience through intelligent, thoughtful, and engaging design. Working with Marybeth broadened my view of what makes for a great and engaging online learning experience, inspiring me to think differently about the way class participants can be inspired to learn.  Beyond just learning about new ways of engaging an audience I became more reflective about my own intentions with the content and points I wanted to get across as well as the proper mechanism to deliver the information in a premium way.  The chief reason to think about engaging Marybeth is to broaden your understanding of what it means to deliver high-level content online, especially at a time when group learning experiences require new and creative ways of engagement. The feedback I have received on the learning content designed in collaboration with Marybeth has been highly favorable with many finding increased retention of core concepts allowing for more seamless practical application. I look forward to many more fruitful collaborations."
